As a committed medical professional, my focus has always been on prevention and education. The recent findings from the STEPS survey of noncommunicable disease (NCD) risk factors in The Bahamas, conducted between January and April 2019, offer crucial insights into the health behaviors and challenges facing our community. This survey, encompassing adults aged 18-69, provides a comprehensive overview of lifestyle habits impacting our health.
